The average cost of a French Bulldog is $3000 but can go up to an incredible $100000. You should expect to pay between $2000 and $5000 for a purebred Frenchie from a reputable dealer.
What affects the French Bulldog price?
The price depends on:
- Where you live – in smaller towns or out in the country the price might be lower. In metropolitan areas the price will be higher.
- Gender – females can be used for breeding so are worth more.
- Breeder -a reputable breeder will only breed from healthy dogs with no behaviour or health issues, and will be happy to provide health certification. They will encourage you to visit the puppies with their mother, and will never sell a puppy younger than 8 weeks old. This attention to detail cost more but is worth it.
- Color and pattern – the colouration of a French Bulldogs coat is very variable. Some are very rare and can demand massive prices.
